Below is a poster I created so students understand what I expect of their independent work. This helps (sometimes) to prevent students from rushing through work as they understand that if it does not meet expectations it will have to be redone. Click on the picture to access it in Google Docs.
Here's a game I made based on one I found on Pinterest (therefore I can't take credit for it's creation!) I'm not sure exactly how I will have students play it yet, whether write the number to be guessed on a whiteboard, choose a card, or something else. I think you can do it however you want!
